Awaiting correspondence from Simba for over 1 month

<p>Hi, I bought a packet of Simba crisp(chips) and upon eating it I found some ants in it. i contacted the customer care after which the packet was picked up. I contacted the Simba customer care and was informed that the correspondence was sent. To date I have not yet received any correspondence. I am very upset with Simba as I would expect timely correspondence. My ref is 16-06-656</p>
