ANTS IN LAYS CHIPS

Ref.nr. 24-01-1834 refers.

I reported having ants in a large packet of Lays Chips to Simba on 29 December 2023 and after emailing them the completed complaints form and photos twice, I still have no joy.

I have requested Simba to contact me via WhatsApp and NOT directly to address the issue; however, they keep on contacting me directly, sending me SMS'e to inform me that they couldn't get hold of me.

It's ridiculous to have to struggle like this in order to get this matter resolved! Please comply with my request to contact me via WhatsApp so that we may resolve this once and for all.
