Anonymous object still not resolved

I found a anonymous item while eating Doritos packet, I have had people contacting me to come and collect but still nothing has happened the courier service and the office doesn't have any communication as they arrive a day after they say they will and then I wasn't available, called me again to ask if collection was done I said no, they said they will contact me. That was around 2 weeks ago still nothing resolved.
