Always Standing Behind the Customer

This is a COMPLIMENT just to say thank you.<br> <br> I my many years of enjoying Simba chips I can always say that they do attend to their customers/consumers.<br> <br> The product may experience some below standard qualities from time to time and batch to batch BUT you are always willing to listen to your consumer, ie ME. (and PS not only me :) )<br> <br> I have in the past written and phoned the SIMBA consumer line. It has always resulted in a SOLUTION and MEETING my expectation when I do lodge a complaint. So many companies do not attend to their customer's CORE need, complaint, want, request etc. I must say that you, SIMBA has done so on more that one occasion. And that shows that you have a humanity and a humble heart at the CORE. So THANK YOU.
