Regrettably, I must express my profound disappointment with the services provided by Simba Victor Designs & Upholstery. My experience has been far from satisfactory, as the final outcome fell short of my expectations despite clear instructions and requests for confirmation photos before the material was cut.

Repeated efforts to obtain photos were unfruitful, leading me to source them from social media, only to discover mishandling of the floral set’s material, resulting in additional costs. The utilization of gold ribbing and mismatched button colors further contributed to an unsatisfactory appearance. The poorly fitted cushions on the grey set and the incorrect placement of leather pieces showcased subpar workmanship.

To exacerbate matters, the delivery was delayed by a week, causing inconvenience due to commitments made based on the provided timeline. The substandard workmanship persisted on both sets, and an attempt was made to pressure final payment before a thorough inspection.

Upon inspection, numerous issues emerged, including the wrong color on the grey set, mismatched cushion material strain, damage, small hooks, and sc****s. The floral set displayed loose ribbing, uneven placement, insufficient sponge on one chair, small holes, and wood damage.

The situation further deteriorated when Simba’s behavior during an attempt to address these issues left me feeling unsafe in my own home. Her raised voice and distasteful remarks created a scene witnessed by neighbors, compromising the peaceful environment. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in any business interaction.

The refusal to leave without my cushions compelled me to sever ties with the company. Due to the unprofessional, *********, and threatening manner in which the situation was handled, I cannot allow anyone associated with this company near me nor my residence. I must now seek the assistance of another company for necessary repairs.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Simba Victor Designs & Upholstery for furniture reupholstery services to anyone. I truly hope they seriously consider the feedback I shared, address internal concerns, and take necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not recur. Professionalism and customer relations are integral to any business, and I hope you will work towards improving these aspects.
