Simba... so many broken promises and poor quality. Lost deposit.

Simba Victor Designs and Upholstery. Several months back I took recommendations to use 'Simba' for upholstery needs. He quoted, i paid a R5000 50% deposit mid August. Told him I was going to give him time to do a decent job, he gave the deadline, I gave him more time over and above his deadline up front. After weeks of back and fourth, a terrible poor quality first example presented and never delivering what was promised, I went to his location and collected by disassembled chairs. I insisted he return most of the deposit, compensating him for some work done that will need to be redone anyway. Again asked him to give me a deadline for return of partial deposit. Several missed dates and countless promises 4 months later I have know written off that money chalking it down to experience. My recommendation is to never use Simba Victor Designs and Upholstery.
