Paid for repairs but were not complete

I took my car to them because the alternator burst into flames as i was driving,so i asked them to repair the alternator and check the wiring around where the flames were.I was given unpleasant attitude from the word go.I even had to take leave from my workplace because of them.when i got there i had bought a new alternator and a starter,so all i needed was for them to fit the new parts and check the area as i have explained above.They took 3hrs to remove one bolt that mounted the alternator and fit 2 bolts for the starter and 1 bolt for the alternator and charged me R400 per hour plus VAT which amounted to R1368 and said the vehicle was fine now i can take it with.as i was driving there was a rattling sound on engine,when i got someone to check it for me thats when i saw that there was only one bolt mounting the altetnator thats why there was that rattling and on investigating i saw that there was one wire that was not connected on the alternator,the engine cover not closed properly and a whole lot of loose bolts.i phoned them and they said i must bring the car back to Mtata from Mpumalanga province,when i told them where i was they tolm me not to come with that attitude
