Unfair Booking office at Silverstroom Resort

I am writing this complaint because this seems to be an ongoing problem and i feel its unfair that this establishment gets away with this every single Year. When i phone the Silverstrooms resort in Winter i got told a date and time the lines would open to make bookings for the year end. So i was advised to call on the 2nd of September 2019, from 10am the morning. The phone line was busy on the 2nd of September until after 4pm on that day. This is sooo unfair and when i called the next morning i was told that they are fully booked until 5th of Jan 2020. They might as well close down as this place is clearly not meant for us living in south Africa to enjoy. This is an ongoing trend as this seems to happen every year. Last year i roped in 3 of my family members to help me get through, the 4 of us kept dialing the same number but it was engaged all day, yet at 4pm the lines miraculously opened and the phone rang only to be informed that they are fully booked.
