Silvex Assessor (Pty) Ltd acts as a rejection shield for insurers by using "canned" reports to attribute obvious electrical failures to "wear and tear," "thermal degradation," or "lack of maintenance." In my case, three separate electronic items (two GPUs and a printer) failed simultaneously on the exact same circuit during a documented power event. Instead of conducting proper, component-level forensic testing to check for Electrical Overstress (EOS), Silvex re**** on desktop assumptions and generic academic theories to claim independent, coincidental failure across all devices. This isn't an isolated incident—there is a clear pattern of Silvex generating assessor reports that exploit policy exclusion loopholes to save insurers money at the customer's expense. Prospective clients and brokers should be fully aware of the biased nature of their assessments. My advise, dont allow them on your property, source your own independant assessor.

I had a really good experience with Silvex during my claims process. They were supportive, professional, and always ready to help when I needed assistance. They made the process feel much less overwhelming and gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them.

WARNING: Do not allow this company to do any assessment. They will put false diagnosis so that your claim is rejected, even stating false statement by the technician.
