Intentionally deceptive

I bought from the Silvery website specifically because I had searched for personalised jewellery Australia, for a birthday gift for my nephew which needed to arrive on time. I placed the order on 2 June and paid for expedited delivery, which was promised within 6-9 days of placing the order - with the times given of 3 days to create the item, and the remaining days to deliver. On day 6, I got a message to say the item had been completed - 3 full days later than promised - and that it would be shipped to Australia from South Africa. The entire website, silvery.com.au, states that the supplier is in Australia, it contains the Australian flag, the about page gives an Australian address, and the fee was charged in AUD. The gift should have arrived by 11-12 June at the latest, going by the timeframe promised, but when I queried, I was nonchalantly told they are based in RSA and the item would arrive on 16 June - 4 days too late, and 11 days after order placement. They accepted no liability for having intentionally created the impression with their website that they are based in Australia. This is sneaky and underhanded and intentionally deceptive. They sent weak excuses about why they have done this. None of it washes. They need to be upfront and make clear that (1) They are NOT based in Australia, nor are any of the items created in Australia and (2) They cannot, and will not, adhere to the promised timeframe, even if you have paid for expedited delivery.
