Beautiful jewelry, terrible customer service

The jewelry is beautiful. Everything this company makes is beautiful but the person who deals with customer service is terrible. I have trusted silvery with some of my most cherished memories. I have ordered jewelry from them to make jewellery for the biggest occasions in my life and this time i was eager to order family birthstone rings to represent my family. I reached out on instagram and asked a simple enough question. The lady i spoke to beat around the bush and didnt answer the question. So after getting frustrated i whatsapped them only to have the bad luck of speaking to the same lady who once again would not answer a simple enough question. I was a but apprehensive to order but went ahead because silvery never disappoints. I received my beautiful rings within the allocated delivery time and was happy but just had one question. Messaged again to ask my question and this woman once again could not answer a simple question. When i called her out she asked for my order number and a picture of the rings and then after a while i was provided with an answer no doubt from somebody else.

As someone who spends their hard earned money and trusts silvery to create jewelry for monumental moments in their lives this was truly disheartening. This wasn't a pleasant experience and puts me off wanting to purchase any more of the jewel because when asking simple questions before spending your money feels like you are bothering them.
