Against company policy to share engraved font name and/or alphabet

I was interested in purchasing a engraved coin bracelet from Silvery. There are four options of font to choose from - each font indicated by the words "Engraving example". However you cannot choose a font and then see the initial or three letters in that font. The initial I wanted was T and in my experience a calligraphy type font can often make a T look like a J. I therefore, to avoid this happening, requested via their contact form to please indicate how an engraved T would look in 3 of the 4 options. I was advised the only images available are as per the website. I then asked whether I could have the font name to locate it myself (I could not match it via Word) and was advised sharing this information with customers is against company policy and procedure. This is incredibly disappointing as unless your initial is E you really don't know what your engraved initial will look like. Strangely enough, the entire alphabet is available for viewing should you choose a stamped and not engraved option. Only the engraving alphabet may not be shared with customers then. To my further disappointment the owner, to whom I sent an email, expressing my surprise in their company policies and my reasons why I made my request, has not deemed my email worthy of a response. This would not have been my first purchase but I am not prepared to spend money on something when I cannot say for cer*****y what it will look like.
