Silvertree Estate - Worst in South Africa

Silver Tree Estate ***ned by Diane Turk) is a real estate company with no scruples. They placed me in a rental where the owner refused to perform basic maintenance on the property. When it became too much, I gave CPA notice and left.

And of course Silvertree Estate took the owner's side in the matter, even though he was clearly in breach of contract.

Can you believe that they now want to REJECT the CPA notice (as if it's their choice) and keep my deposit! This is on top of the lack of competency from Miriam Odendaal, who only ever contacted me for rent; and never was there when I needed her. I am spreading the word all over the web... Silvertree Estate is the worst rental agency in South Africa. Avoid at all costs.
