Poor service delivery

My Chery was sent for repairs, 2 specific issues, yet problems not solved on 1st visit. In actual fact it took 5 visits to Silverton Radiators/John's Workshop. My Chery was delivered to me this morning and I was told, by the wife of the owner, that they do not want to work on my car again! Unprofessional I'd say...
