Stole my money

I was quoted by Kevin, to have my Beach Buggy's Fueltank repaired. He sent a third party to collect the fueltank and insisted on payment beforehand. He phoned me later to tell me my fueltank is too badly rusted. I asked for a refund. After a lot of begging and asking for my own money back, i then reported him to the Franchise Manager. He then eventually told me that they are cancelling the franchise lisence and I must try to get my money back through Small Claims court. Outrageous. I am out of R1200 plus my fueltank. Pure Theft.
