Poor workmanship

I took my leaking radiator to Silverton in Maitland Cape Town ***ners name is Gary).<br> After he testing the radiator he assured me that he had cleaned and that it was in good working condition. My mechanic fitted it back to my truck and we noticed it was still leaking. I notified Gary the owner who checked it again he then confirmed that it was leaking but refuses to accept responsibilty for poor workmanship initially and refuses to refund my money. My point is that I paid him for his expert opinion and he missled me. My labour cost for having to take out the radiator 2 times was doubled costing me R2500. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH SILVERTON RADIATORS.
