Leaky service

I had to go back three times. 1st time they replaced the radiator, within a month the radiator was leaking, went back had to pay for a new one even though the broken was under warranty. New radiator was not installed properly by the so called qualified mechanic, don't know what he did but my car was leaking transmission fluid. Back the 3rd time, no apology, no explanation and no reimbur*****t for the radiator which had to be replaced. I have called several times enquiring and each time I was just brushed off and handled with platitudes. Who are these? How do they think this alright. I wonder if I was lighter in completion whether i would have still encountered such terrible service. Service which I was forced to pay for twice.
