Damages Car!!

<p>I took my car in for a radiator replacement and repair. I received my car late this afternoon, and I was unable to open my bonnet! How can such a company fool people on their website stating they are the best at what they do, but fail to keep a simple volkswagen bonnet in place? </p> <p> </p> <p>My front grill is not even alligned. I don't care what you say or do, if I bring my car in and PAY you for your services I expect it to be done properly and professionally!
