Damaged radiator

I purchased a new radiator at the Silverton radiators branch in Trichardt on the 03 of October 2017. First they ordered the wrong radiotor and I had to wait 4 days longer for the correct one. The radiator was damaged and after I went back to them they were not willing to assist me. They said that they are going to send the radiotor back to the factory and that we must wait for the results. I paid the full amount already for the radiator and now my vehicle must stand because they are not willing to provide me with a new one or refund. They could also not tell me how long it will take!
