Bad service and bad attitude

<p>I took my honda civic's head to them to fix with the head's dells still in tack. They overhauled the head which cost me R3078, which was fine, but when I received it, I did not notice at the time, that the dells were no longer present. I drove 180 km round trip to them initially. I phoned them and asked them where it is. They kept saying that it was not in tact. I advised them I have photo proof and after a long struggle in sending it to them, I eventually had to email it. They phoned the engineering company and apparently they also did not see it. I demanded that they replace it and after a lot of phone calls, they advised that they will provide with other ones. I asked that they at least reimburse me R200 petrol money, which they blunty refused to pay. I paid over R3000 for the repair and they cannot reimburse me R200 petrol for their mistake! I advise you to steer clear of Silverton Radiators Centurion due to bad attitude they provide to clients. I will never use them again.</p>
