THERMAL SCANNER CON

Who can help me with this company - I run a small home for the elderly and ordered a Thermal Scanner. I had to pay for upfront before delivery. This was 2 weeks ago. Today I tried to call them again as I don't have R1450.00 to waste.. The man was so rude to me, he refuses to give me an answer telephonically, when I gave him my email address he said to me, 'You the one that went to HelloPeter, call them so that they help you!" and hung up on me. I am so despondent, in a testing time this is not what we need. All I want is an answer as to where is my thermal scanner. Thank you
