Silverthorne Publications Order ID ***

On 08/05/20 I purchased a downloadable item from Silverthorne Publications Inc. through Paypal ,which I also reviewed. I tried to download the item but it didn't work. I now lost the download link/URL. Within 30 minutes I sent them an email requesting the download link again. After numerous emails I still had no reply from them. They offer a money back guarantee, which it seems to me they don't want to honor now. I'm also not getting any assistance from Paypal. Really very bad customer service.
