Terrible place, terrible people

We had the most terrible and traumatizing experience with the staff of Silverstrand Caravan Park. Shocking to say the least, their attitude and the way the owner Kobun treats customers and one can tell he is instructing his staff to be just as rude. We made a booking (and made full deposit pmt) and had to cancel 2 days later (due to school commitments not previously communicated), they refused to pay back ANY of our deposit.
