As regular campers we deal with a lot of campsites

As regular campers we deal with a lot of campsites. WC weather can be rather unpredictable and campsites are usually accomodating as a result - either to move it forward so no one loses, or giving a few days (not weeks) to cancel a booking. Silverstrand expects 2 weeks notice and not even with terrible predicted rain and young kids are they willing to move our booking. Took the entire 50percent dep with no interest in any further business. We are a large group who will not book any of their camps again. Dated management who are not invested in customer relationships. First and last booking a terrible disappointment.
