It's so disappointing as a VIP who has support this casino during lockdown to be treated like a dog. When complaining to management they insult a person and try cover up that their casino takes from the vips and lies to us all. Management won't face patrons new GM new rules making patrons feel unwelcome. Recommendations close it down
