Sworn by security staff

I've had the worst experience ever!!! The staff is so *********** and rude, does not know how to talk to a customer or have any problem solving skills whatsoever! Being sworn by one of the security guards is just unacceptable. Shocked and disappointed is not even the right words to describe how I felt. Just the fact that he thinks it's okay to speak to someone like that. Wow!! Honestly would've expected better from Sun International. I would really appreciate it if someone at Sun International can contact me regarding this, as apologies just doesn't mean anything for me. This needs to be addressed!
