PUBLICITY BAR RESTAURANT ONCE AGAIN DISAPPOINTS

<p>My wife and i visit this restaurant often as we loved their food however about 1 month ago we had the most terrible experience. My wife came to order the livers as a take away as we know how creamy and delicious this is when we sat down at the restaurant a few times before the event. She waited 1 and a half hours to get burnt bread and a portion that could have been about 4 tables****s worth. She checked this and called the manager before leave and told him that this is not the portion given when we sit down and have a meal and just because it is a take away it is ridiculous to to assume that we should be given something different. The manager went back to the kitchen and probably added another 2 tables****s and made my wife wait for about 30 minutes just for that. She still made him bring the normal serving bowl to show him that this is not the portion nor colour as to what we get when we are sitting at the restaurant. The manager did not care much , eventually my wife left. When we got home we saw that the colour was way to reddish compared to the nice yellow creamy colour we normally get served with and then tasted this only to find out that it was unbareably hot and spicy - so bad that it could not have been eaten therefore she wasted her time driving all the way just to bring us lunch which was not edible. Another incident was when i brought my mother in law 2 weeks ago to have the livers and my wife ordered fish, my mother in law was really impressed by the dish however we found beef pieces in the liver dish which was shocking as my mum in law does not eat beef. We then sent it back and sadly was just given a new batch but by this point everyone lost their apetite. And then we came in on saturday this past weekend, where silverstar gave me R500 meal voucher which was used in the past with the same restaurant. We had to sent the chicken trichardo, x2 livers back as this was unbareable to eat as it was too spicy as opposed to the normal.</p> <p> </p> <p>We also ordered a chicken wings and a chicken strips dish which we asked to be brough to our table and then we will pack as take away as we dont trust the right portions will be given if ordered as a take away. When we got home we found that the colour of the chicken is pink inside the strips! Now i wonder, why did i waste my voucher, my cash, my mums voucher and cash on this place when nobody seems to care about how they serving their food because seems that the focus is that people are drinking so no effort is made with the food !!!!!</p>
