Over crowded, machines reserved at managements discretion. Just awful!

Security and management allows certain people to leave machines unattended and "reserved" even with no card in the machine. They then lie about so called signage that states people may leave machines for a period of 15 minutes to go to the bathroom, bar or cash desk, as long as "the chair is tipped". The only signage I've seen is about not allowing machines to be reserved or left unattended but apparently it depends on how management and security feels on that day. This place is normally over crowded especially the smokers casino. Even during this pandemic, it's almost impossible to find an open machine in the smokers section. People literally walk shoulder to shoulder in that place, having to squeeze past each other and yet machines are allowed to be reserved. If you want to have a fun time, do not go to this casino. Rather try Gold reef or Monte. Silverstar is just a stressful and horrible experience.
