Non-line booking

Trying to book movie tickets online since Sunday 2022/06/19and getting the same response:

WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED AN ERRORS: Our online ticket system is temporarily offline. Please try again later. Thank you.

In speaking to management (who are only available from Wednesdays), they are not aware of any issue albeit called through earlier to complain about the same. Useless system should not be available if it never works, someone should look into it and find a workable solution so that the option available is in fact available.
