NO FREEPLAY FOR BIRTHDAY AFTER SPEDNING THOUSANDS

I celebrated my birthday on the 24th November 2015. I went 1 week before my birthday and was told that I will receive R400 free play being on platinum status on my birthday which will be valid for 30 days. I then waited and happen to visit monte casino after my birthday whereby I was told that I wont get freeplay because I am a matched status and it is where I play most that I will get the benefit of my R400 freeplay which will be at silverstar casino. I did not complain and therefore waiting till this past weekend when I drove to silverstar casino purely for my freeplay which I was very happy about. I got there and they have the nerve to treat me like a desperate beggar and tell me that I wont receive anything as I am a matched status there too. THIS IS RIDICULOUS considering that I play thousands of rands not to mention that in order for me to be on platinum and maintain the status I am obviously playing there. I was deeply annoyed when I asked for the manager she took more than 20 minutes to come so I walked away. People were staring at me like I was going mad and I was not only treated with disrespect by the staff but very embarrassed. I am disgusted with this. UNBELIEVABLE
