No Customer Service from Tsogo Sun

<p>I have made a query and lodged a complaint as a black diamond card holder for vouchers issued to me by Silverstar Casino (hotel stay) which they refuse to honour. It's been two weeks since I lodged a complaint at both head office (Tsogo Sun) and Silverstar have ignored my query. At my wits end for just a reply!!! Unbelievably terrible treatment of your 'vip' guests. </p>
