My Birthday from Hell at Silverstar

On the 3rd of November 2024, I was treated to a birthday lunch at Billy G at Silverstar. That was myself, my wife and 3 teenage kids. It was our first time to Silverstar, since we normally go to Goldreef City, but they were fully booked, thus the change.

Immediately after we got home, every member of my family, myself included... We all started experiencing a hectic diarrhoea. The following day was worse, one of my kids; my wife could not got school and work respectively.

I then called the restaurant to lay a complaint, I was given to the chef (Kabelo) who told me that this was new to them since no one else has called to complain and further more, the fact that we had not seen a professional health practitioner makes it difficult.

We then went to the doctor and was diagnosed with food poisoning..

I then phoned again, and spoke to the manager who said samples were taken to the lab for tests to be done. Now I have been calling the restaurant none stop for an update and to date I am awaiting response from Billy G.

What's irritating is the fact that I have to constantly call them for an update and the response is the same. It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have answers.

What should my next step be to get Justice for me and my family?
