IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL HOSPITALITY!!! - DONT GO TO THIS CASINO!!!!

I took some of my friends to silverstar on Friday night and we enjoyed the whole evening BUT when it was time to call waitress for some drinks at about 9:40 we have not had any service until we left after 12 FOLLOWING us being "chased out by the guys in suits - Frans My 11 year old was still having fun when Frans approached her to ask if we were her parents - we were sitting in the front row where she could talk to us, he then came to me to say "children aren't allowed on the casino premised after 12 or the board will give them a R1mil fine - SO WHAT!! U CAN AFFORD IT AFTERALL U MAKE SOOOO MUCH MONEY A DAY so why worry about a silly fine???? I then walked to cash in my money and to my disappointment the cash mashine wasn't working for the 2nd time the same week - cant read the card apparently. I then went to the hospitality desk to ask for a copy of the so called rule of children not being at the casino after 12 - they could not give it to me - I spoke to another African man also in a suit whom explained to me that one casino has a waiting area for children which will allow them to stay longer - guess what!! SILVERSTAR does not have because they are too stingy to care about children etc to make a waiting area for them - instead they stuff more machines into every small room they can fine to make more money!!! REALLY???? no one could give me the so called rule! - I even googled the rule - I could not find it I personally feel that we were chased out of the casino - which is really not a friendly situation!!! honestly sooooo disappointed in this casino!! I will NEVER recommend people to go to this casino EVER!!!
