EFT Bookings Farce For Silver Star Casino Events

So I was supposed to enjoy comedy on Sunday at 15:00 at Silver Star Casino but instead when I went to go collect my tickets I was told NO record of my booking was found! I used EFT to pay for the first time and the money was never reversed but I didn't have tickets! It would seem neither Silver Star Casino no Computicket want to take responsibility for this.
