Disgrace to be called Premier Destination

I have been going to Silverstar casino since the day it opened. Ive been going during the week and at least 3 weekends in a month. I am a black card holder and have been for years. This casino lies cheats and *****s from their loyal patrons. Draws and jackpots is only won by people u have never seen in this casino. Regular patrons do not win in this casino. I play thousands of rands weekly and monthly. Sometimes between 10 and 20k per week excluding the thousands I spend weekends. This casino thinks nothing of us. Between last week Thursday and Saturday I played over 30k. My issue is this. How do u play that amount of money and then receive an sms offering u a meal from their deli which is basically a roll and soft drink. To make it worse u get offered R100 in free play. This is both a disgrace and an insult to people spending the amounts they spend in this casino. This place is not loyal to regular patrons. Whereas new patrons wins non stop. This is probably their way of trapping people. People should be careful cos once u become a regular u will not win in this casino. U will play 10 to 20 grand a night and u will be offered a cheap meal with R100 in free play. Machines that used to pay are no longer in the casino and when u ask u get told that these machines are outdated. Yet old machines which don't pay are still operating. The tables are not any better. 3 people playing at a table but 10 people sitting and standing at the table and u get told there is no place. This casino is pathetic compared to other casinos.
