AWFUL experience.

My family and I, a total of 5 people, visited Billy Gs to our detriment. The food served was not appealing. Chicken was on the menu knowing there is a bird flu epidemic going around. Then there was pork which seemed edible until we realised how off it smelt and tasted. There was what seemed to be a seafood dish that actually looked like vomit in the serving pan. We then opted to try the sweet treats which proved to be a waste too as it was tasteless. The food served left us all suffering from food poisoning.

The food served, and confirmed by both the waitress as well as the Chef manager, was the same menu served all day but from Google reviews was also the same food served two weeks ago. Judging by the bad reaction we're all experienced by dining here one begs to question if the food served just yesterday, 15 October 2023, was leftovers from two weeks ago.

The service received from the moment we set foot into the restaurant made me feel as though I was being treated likely I'd eat and not pay. The cashier was unfriendly and impatient, the waitress was unkind and impatient and not to mention the chef manager - when we requested to see the chef he stated that the food is not freshly prepared and that it's artificial foods. They receive the foods packaged and then place the foods to serve.

What the **** is artificial foods???

When we requested for the chef to taste the food so that he could better understand what we were talking about, he refused. Why would a chef refuse to taste his own food??

Money making! This kind of thing does not come cheap and all for it to end up a huge disappointment, not to mention sickening - quite literally.

Word of mouth goes and extremely long way. There is no way in hell I'll ever be setting foot there again neither will I be recommending for others too either.
