Billy G Silverstar casino. What a waste of money and extremely disappointing, management should consider closing their doors. How do you serve old food to customers. Supposedly saying a variety of but only serving chicken (during a bird flu epidemic) and only pork( roast, ribs that's like off cuts, sausages) paella that you could see its been standing and not even appealing. After eating a few pieces of the supposed rib tasting the food was off rather then opting to eat the crab sticks to my detriment crab sticks coming out like rubber in my mouth. I then asked the waiter to please call the chef to come to the table and bring him a bowl of the crab sticks which then refused to taste his supposed meal put together. So as a "chef" should you not be confident enough to eat a meal you know you had prepared. I would never recommend BILLY G SILVERSTAR CASINO to anyone after eating that food supposedly being prepared before the supper time which had myself and family experiencing food poisoning.
