BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SECURITY INVESTIGATIONS - GERRIE

<p>On 20/11/2016 I visisted the Casino. An incident happened whereafter I was contacted by Gerrie from Investigations who think he does me a hellava favour to talk to me in an profound manner. Later on I called him again regarding the matter to try and resolve the issue at hand, just to find him being rude, serious disrespectful and arrogant beyond believe. I tried to lodge an officila complaint with their client service at the Casino, with Tsogo Sun on their website as well contacting his direct superiors - this all to NO avail as everybody at Silverstar Casino seems to be proud to protect this individual who should NOT be allowed to work with the public - I still awaits Silverstar Casino's response, until then - GOOD RIDDENS - Silverstar Casino will NOT see me again as I will NOT contribute to paying an worker of the CAsino a salary for being rude, disrespectful and arrogant to the public.</p>
