Bad Attitude Waitresses and Worst Management

Today unfortunately for the 2nd time I am an unhappy customer. It's my sister's birthday and we went on our way back from site seeing in Graskop area for just a simple milkshake. We waited 20 minutes and then I went to ask if it's at least made. Instead of apologizing our waiter had such an bad attitude and after speaking to the manager still no apology. Nor did we know if we are going to get our milkshakes at least today. Well almost 10 minutes later we got it, hot milkshake, melted ice-cream, and a tongue clap. I'm unhappy. Unsatisfied and will definitely not support them again!!!
