Where is my Deposit?

We booked into Silversands resort in Durban and were informed that we had to pay a R 300.00 key deposit on arrival. We were also told that this would be refunded to us one week after we had left.<br> After checking out, we were told that the deposit would be refunded to us withing a week. Well, it has been 4 weeks now and even after getting hold of the accounts department 3 times, and confirming the bank account twice, we still have not received the deposit back! We were also told that we were going to emailed the proof of payment. I suspect that this will only happen in about 4 weeks time. Shocking, shocking and shocking. Strange though, when we tried to get hold of them via email, we could only send a reservation request... We received a call back from them within 3 hours!
