Then I relogged into the software and my R10 was gone I used for the tournament. Then I tried again. Same story didnt load my table. Showed 4* 5 minimum players. Then I exited software after 20 minutes or so of waiting and reopended software. Then my table asked me to enter so I did now I was at 70% of startup Chips. For some reason the game did not alert me. I contacted customer service. They would not refund me for the error in their software and gave me a story they concoted out of thin air that nothing had been wrong on their side and my internet was at fault. Clearly I will never deal with these people again. Pretty pathetic that a company raking in free money from people in the gambling industry is not even owning up to the errors in their system. The customer is always ****ing right. And I hope anyone who reads this gives them a miss.
