I mailed them but they just ignore my mails no one come back with feedback regarding my account they always have a soppy excuse when talking to them on live chat and when they dont want to talk to you they are either rude and end the conversation i asked several time on mail for the managers mail address and for the third party's (RTG Real Time Gaming) but they just refuse to answer.
