I have had the absolute worst time at silversands,played there for quite some time and the first time I asked costumer care i waited for 4 days only to hear that im not eligible for any promotions,cashback or coupons ive spent big bucks while i was there and thats their response the first time i enquire,needless to say ive moved to springbok casino where they actually help their costumers
