<p>I have been playing at this casino for many years.Perhaps since 2002/2003.I have never experienced any problems up until last week.Every year they have a promotion this time of the year.It works as follows.Every day one gets 10 free spins on a promo called Santa Spins.The winnings have a playthrough amount.The deal as per usual is once the playthrough has been reached the winnings become bankable.Everyday I would log on and try my luck,For a few days in a row I made money.The total amount owing to me was around R2500.00 I requested a payout and this was granted.Days came and went no money.I continued with the daily spins.On the fourth day I won a coupon of R1000.00 free money.For some reason this impacted the payout already in place as it was already off my account and in line for transfer to my bank account.To my horror on the fith day while playing I noticed my balance at this stage standing at R700.00+ increase to R3000.00 and then seconds later drop to R500.00.I wrote emails and requested an explanation.I eventually spoke to a Russian sounding lady.A few mails after this I was informed that because I had taken the R1000.00 Free money and played with it .They were no longer oblidged to pay my other winnings.They kept stating it is written in their terms and conditions. Since then they have not been answering my emails.I am currently building a case against them therefore if anyone has had simil**** experiences kindly mail me at ********** .They then further stated that according to these alleged terms and conditions the maximum bankable was R200.00 .I spent many hours working through the initial playthrough amount.The way I checked each time if it was bankable was to transfer the money to a pending transfer state on my account ie on the way to my bank account.If this was unsuccesfull It meant that the playthrough has not been reached and the entire balance would be transferred back to my playing account.If this was the case then why was the total amount available for withdrawal,</p>
