Emma is the worst

Made a deposit this morning early bank even asked for the Otp then money was deducted. I Then used the chat platform and came across this extremely unprofessional agent named Emma. I sent the proof it went off on my bank account there's no pending transactions yet the funds has also not returned. She ended the chat a few times and the last time I told her I will report her.
