Terrible services

When I took my car in for repair, the sale consultant Karabo was reluctant to provide me an estimate time for the repair. After two weeks he call me that an incorrect part has been just received from Mercedes and therefore there will be delay on the repair. Once again he is reluctant to provide me an estimate time for the delay.

After all, i have not knowing the progress of the repair, i phoned and I have been told that they will get back to me. But ARC silverlakes did not call me back, I was shock when I found out that the car is completed and ready for collection anytime. Simply I cannot understand the objective for not advising the client to collect the car.
