SILVERLAKES ARC- Worst Service Ever.

This is the worst place to take your car to for any repairs. The staff is *********** and unprofessional, do not return phone calls or give any status updates. I had an accident where someone drove into the side of my car, damaging my wheel, and when the car was fixed (allegedly), the woman said that they did not notice the damage on the rim so they would need to order a rim, which was limited edition rims. After they told me I can come pick it up twice (after more than 2 months), I went there and BOTH times they said they weren't done and should come back next time. They said they would work on the car over the weekend, and it should be ready by the following Monday morning at 7am. We waited there until 7.45 when some people eventually started showing up, the doors opened. This is despite the signs say that they open at 07:30 and even though we were told to show up at 7am. I ended up telling them to put on the spare and I will fix the wheel myself and replace the rims myself and EVENTUALLY picked it up later than evening. Also, without asking me, they threw away the rim even though I asked them not to. They also lost the bolts to some of my rims. My advice would be not to use this place, for anything. You will wait months for your car, and you will be left in the dark about any status updates.
