Poor customer service

I give this bad company a red star for danger. South African be alert when your insurer refers you to Silverlakes ARC, they had our car for more than two months, poor customer service delivery, inconsistency feedback, their consultant Karabo and not to forget the ill bad manners receptionist, I wonder how will my car look like when they complete this task.
