No respect for customers

I so much experience the same frustration as (Desiree E s review Dated 19 June 2023) on Silverlakes Arc . My car was taken in for repairs on the 25th January 2023, After many follow up I was able to get the car back on the 31 March 2023. I realised when I got home that the cap covering the towing bar was missing although my car was lifted on a low bed when it was collected. I have been following up on weekly or by weekly basis until this day ( 25 August 2023) for the replaceement of my cap with no succes.
