Never allow your insurance to take your car to Silverlakes Arc for repairs...you wont even get to speak to the manager

My car was taken there for repairs 2 weeks back and insurance informed me that i will get updates from a consultant named Karabo every Tuesday and Wednesday. Karabo called me only once when they received the car and that was it. He never called me again and does not even return the messages i leave with Gloria . I ended up asking to speak to Quintine (manager) whom i get transferred to but never answers his phone. till today i do not know the status of the car which was received by Silverlakes Accident Centre 2 weeks back. Today again i call for Quintine and still no answer, phone just rings until it hangs up. At this stage i really wish my car can be taken else where for repairs because Silverlakes Accident Centre is not professional. Karabo is the worst consultant ever !!!
